If the need is an ongoing function rather than a project (round-the-clock DevOps coverage, continuous QA, tier-1 support), a managed team governed by an SLA is usually cheaper over 12 months than staffing and managing that function yourself, augmented or not.

  • Data handling under the DPDP Act.
